Typical Costs
New
Branch
A typical branch can expect a first year sales
turnover of approximately £200,000 - £300,000, depending
upon location and site, with say a gross profit of 70%.
We estimate that the typical total start up cost
for a new Looks Opticians store is in the region of £120,000.
Of this the partners are expected to provide £30,000, which
will be in the form of loan capital. Looks will provide a further
loan capital of £30,000 to match that put in by the partners.
The remainder is then sourced on your behalf through
bank borrowing and leasing finance.
The monthly franchise fee is 7.5%, plus up to 4.5%
for marketing.
